Railroad Corridor Project
"As a matter of fact, rusted sprockets and rail ties really are a perfect artistic medium."
Out of the blue, we got a call asking if we’d be interested in working on an art project. A sculpture. Made of railroad ties. Salvaged steel. And whatever the artists saw fit to include. All to be set next to the tracks on Santa Fe, at the intersections of Murdock, Central, 1st and 2nd Streets.
Of course we would.
